The three engagement levels
The $1,500 response system is for a focused call or follow-up constraint. The $3,500 growth system connects acquisition, site and response around one measurable goal. The $7,500 marketing-department level operates the broader acquisition and reporting system.
What changes the scope
Call volume, number of locations, integrations, content and development depth, campaign complexity, current data quality and required reporting all affect the work. The proposal should state inclusions, exclusions, owners and measurement before work begins.
What the audit is for
The audit maps calls, forms, search pages, campaigns, calendars and CRM outcomes. Its job is to keep Aipple from prescribing a full rebuild when a smaller repair is enough—or a small repair when the system is structurally broken.
Methodology and limitationsThese are Aipple's visible engagement levels as of August 20, 2026, not universal rate cards or guaranteed quotes. Taxes, media spend, usage-based third-party fees and exceptional production costs must be stated separately in an approved proposal.

Questions buyers ask
Is ad spend included?
Do not assume it is. Media spend and any usage-based vendor charges should be itemized in the written proposal.
Can Aipple do one project instead of a retainer?
The appropriate engagement depends on the constraint. The audit determines whether a focused project or an operated monthly system is credible.
Will the audit obligate me to buy?
No. Its purpose is to show the observed leak, the evidence and the recommended order of repair.
