Acceptance

By accessing aipple.app or engaging aipple LLC for services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

What we provide

aipple LLC delivers AI marketing services to local service businesses — voice receptionists, lead capture systems, marketing automation, paid traffic, and revenue audits. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in the proposal or order form we send before any engagement begins.

SMS & communications

When you submit the booking form or the chat widget on this site and provide a phone number, you authorize aipple LLC to text or call you for transactional purposes related to your inquiry (audit booking confirmations, reminders, follow-up). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. We do not share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes — see our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or our services to violate any law, infringe on anyone's rights, attempt to access systems or accounts you don't have permission to access, send malicious traffic, or interfere with site availability.

Intellectual property

Site content, brand marks, and proprietary methodology are owned by aipple LLC. Client-specific deliverables produced during an engagement are governed by the proposal or master services agreement signed with that client.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is." aipple LLC disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

aipple LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the site is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Payments & refunds

Payments accepted via aipple.app/pay-me are voluntary tips supporting Abdul Şenlik's independent work (aipple, senlik.ai, and the five iOS app, among others). They are not 501(c)(3) donations. They are not refundable for tax-deductibility purposes and you should not report them as such.

One-time payments. Completed one-time payments are non-refundable. If you were charged in error or believe a payment was unauthorized, email abdul@aipple.app within 30 days and we'll review case by case.

Monthly subscriptions. Recurring monthly support charges your saved payment method automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (link delivered to your email after each successful renewal). After cancellation, you will not be charged again, and the current paid period is not pro-rated or refunded.

Payment processing. Stripe, Inc. processes card and bank payments. Your card or bank credentials are sent directly to Stripe and never stored on aipple.app servers. Manual payment rails (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, wire to Mercury) are confirmed manually by aipple LLC against the destination account; reconciliation can take up to one business day.

No warranties on the apps these payments support. Tips are not a purchase of any product or service. Continued availability, support, or development of any app is at Abdul's discretion. Tips do not create any contractual obligation to provide updates, fixes, or support.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
