Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, phone number where applicable, business name, website URL, and the messages you send us — when you request an audit, unlock a calculator result, book a call, submit the chat widget, or contact us by email. We also collect basic technical information such as browser type, approximate location, device information, referral source, and pages viewed through standard server logs, Plausible, and Google Analytics.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar identifiers to distinguish visits and report how people use this website. This sends information including the page URL, device and browser information, referral source, approximate location, and IP address to Google, which processes the information as our analytics service provider. The property starts with Google’s default two-month retention period for event-level data; aggregated reporting may remain available longer. Google’s main analytics cookie, _ga, can remain on a device for up to two years. You can prevent Google Analytics measurement by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser cookie controls can limit or reset stored identifiers, but deleting a cookie does not permanently prevent future measurement. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your audit call.
• Deliver the audit report and follow up about findings.
• Send transactional SMS or call you regarding your booking, if you opted into messaging by submitting the booking form or chat widget. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.
• Comply with our legal and tax obligations.

SMS & phone consent

Mobile information and consent to receive text messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared. We may use sub-processors (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery) strictly to deliver messages you have opted into receiving. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate the business (booking calendar, CRM, analytics, payment processor, SMS gateway), and only when required by law.

Data retention

Except for analytics data, which follows the retention periods described above, we retain your information for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus the period required by applicable tax and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights
