AI Marketing For Insurance Brokerages
A brokerage whose real edge is the languages it speaks needs a website that speaks them too, and a phone that answers in all of them. That is what we build for insurance.
Insurance brokerages sell an intangible thing to people who are nervous about buying it. The differences that actually win the account are rarely the ones a website tends to publish.
Yasar Insurance is licensed in eleven states out of Chicago, and its real edge is that it serves clients in Russian, Turkish, English and Kyrgyz. Online, none of that was visible. The site listed services without explaining any of them, search was not bringing anybody in, and there was no chat coverage at all. A brokerage with four languages of expertise looked, to anyone searching, like every other brokerage.
We rebuilt the site and the funnel around the thing that makes them different. The language a client speaks routes them to the person who serves that language, and books the appointment directly into that person’s calendar. It sounds like a small mechanical detail. It is the whole value proposition made operational, because a Kyrgyz-speaking family shopping for health coverage is not comparing premiums first. They are looking for somebody who will understand the questions they have not worked out how to ask yet.
The content had to change with it. The old pages listed products. The rebuilt pages are written around what a first-time buyer needs in order to decide, which is a different document entirely, and nine long-form buyer guides sit behind them.
Applications were the second bottleneck. Every one was being completed by hand, on the phone, with an agent reading fields aloud. We built a custom assistant that walks clients through dental, health, car and business insurance paperwork, so the call starts at the point where judgement is needed instead of at the point where a form is blank.
Sara handles the phone. She is a multilingual voice receptionist covering English, Turkish, Russian and Kyrgyz, answering around the clock, qualifying the caller and routing them to the right desk. For a brokerage where the caller may open in any of four languages, an answering service that only works in one is a filter nobody asked for.
Underneath all of it, fifteen written procedures covering enrolment, income calculation and identity verification. That is the least glamorous deliverable in this engagement and probably the most durable one. A brokerage that documents how enrolment actually runs can hand the work to a new hire, survive a busy season and stay consistent across eleven states. A brokerage that keeps it in one person’s head cannot.
One limitation, stated in the same size type as everything else. Nothing on the previous site was instrumented, so there is no before-and-after traffic figure for this engagement and none is printed. What exists is what was delivered.
If you run a brokerage with a real differentiator that no page on your site explains, start there rather than with advertising. Spending to send more strangers to a site that describes you as generic buys you a more expensive version of the same problem.
Questions people actually ask
How does a multilingual brokerage route enquiries to the right agent?
By making the language the routing key rather than a page translation. At Yasar Insurance a client arriving in Russian, Turkish, English or Kyrgyz is funneled to the person who serves that language and booked straight into that person's calendar, so the match happens before anybody picks up a phone.
Can a voice receptionist handle insurance calls in more than one language?
Sara answers in English, Turkish, Russian and Kyrgyz, qualifies the caller and routes them 24/7. There is no public demo line for Sara yet, so this is one claim on our site you cannot check in ninety seconds. Four vertical demos exist, recorded from anonymised production calls.
Can clients be helped through an application without an agent on the phone?
Up to a point, and the point is worth knowing. The custom assistant built for Yasar walks a client through dental, health, car and business insurance paperwork, which removes the part of the call that is dictation. What it does not do is choose the plan or bind coverage.
Was traffic measured before and after this build?
No. Nothing on the previous site was instrumented, so there is no traffic baseline and no lead count to compare against, and we do not print an estimate in place of a measurement. What can be shown is what was delivered: the multilingual funnel, the custom application assistant, the receptionist, nine long-form buyer guides and fifteen written procedures.
