White-Label AI Systems For Agencies
Agencies win the client, then have to produce the thing. We build the parts most teams do not staff for: the agent that answers, the funnel that qualifies, the video that sells, and the site it all sits on.
Agencies sell the outcome first and then have to produce it. The pitch that wins the retainer usually includes a phone that gets answered, a funnel that qualifies, video that does the selling and a site the whole offer sits on, and most teams do not staff for all four.
That is the work below. Two agency engagements, both openable.
Accelerate Automation: the qualification came before the calendar
Accelerate Automation sells listing appointments to real estate agents on a public promise of ten booked appointments in thirty days. We built the machine underneath it: Meta video ads produced in house, a qualifying video every lead has to watch before a booking link appears, the funnel at accelerateautomation.ai, an interactive sales deck for the offer, and a voice agent that is still answering on (469) 402-8592.
Seventy percent of the meetings booked through that path were attended, across twenty-plus leads.
The mechanic is worth stealing whether or not you hire anybody: the videostates the offer, the price and the process before the calendar opens, so the people who were never going to pay that price leave at the cheapest possible moment instead of taking a slot in the week and vanishing. Fewer meetings, more of them real.
The same voice agent covers Accelerate and Robin’s agency. It is live, it is published, and it takes about a minute to test before you put anything like it in front of a client of your own.
Wave Runner Marketing: the positioning had to survive the homepage
Wave Runner Marketing is a growth and content partner whose whole argument is stop chasing clients, let your content bring them to you. We designed and shipped the site that carries it, at waverunner.marketing, with a screen-recorded walkthrough of the live build.
An agency's own site is the hardest one in any book of work, because itis the only proof a prospect has that the team can do for them what it is proposing to do. A content agency with a thin site is arguing against itself on the page.
What we hand over
Agencies come to us for the parts that are expensive to staff anduninteresting to maintain: the agent that answers the phone at eleven at night, the funnel logic, the video production, the ad creative, and the site itself. The client relationship stays where it is. We do not sell to your clients and we do not need to appear anywhere they can see.
Sites run on the same terms as the rest of the practice: a free live preview inside 72 hours, then a monthly plan. Eight builds have shipped that way across eight industries, each with a screen-recorded walkthrough on the live site, which means a prospect can be shown a real page rather than a portfolio of screenshots.
What is not claimed here
No cost per lead, no click-through rate and no ad spend figure appears on this page for any account. Ad performance data is the easiest thing in this industry to quote and the hardest to verify, so the only advertising number here is the one that survived a booked calendar: seventy percent attendance on meetings that were actually held.
Questions people actually ask
Can I hear one of your voice agents before putting it in front of a client?
Yes. The agent built for Accelerate Automation is live on (469) 402-8592. Call it, ask it something awkward and off script, and judge the build in about a minute. Nothing has to reach a client of yours before you know what it sounds like.
How do you cut no-shows on booked appointments?
Qualify before the calendar rather than on the call. Every lead entering the Accelerate Automation funnel had to watch a qualifying video covering the offer, the price and the process before a booking link appeared, and seventy percent of the meetings booked that way were attended across twenty-plus leads. A reminder sequence cannot fix this, because nobody forgot. They never agreed to the price in the first place.
Do you produce the video, or only the funnel?
Both. The qualifying video and the Meta video ads for Accelerate Automation were produced in house, alongside the funnel at accelerateautomation.ai and the interactive sales deck for the offer. The video is the part that does the selling, so handing it to a separate vendor tends to be where these funnels break.
How fast can you turn around a site for one of our clients?
A free live preview inside 72 hours, on a real URL, then a monthly plan. Eight sites have shipped in that practice across eight industries, Wave Runner Marketing among them, and each one has a screen-recorded walkthrough on the live build. That means an agency can show a prospect a working page instead of a folder of screenshots.
